HARDWALL CLEANROOMS
Microzone pre-engineered portable Hardwall Cleanroom enclosures feature a standard duty anodized aluminum extrusion framework with integral aluminum attachment mounting hardware and solid aluminum honeycomb core panels. Panels are also available with a 50-50 feature consisting of clear viewing panels on top and solid panels below, or for aseptic applications stainless steel below. Entrance and exit to the enclosures is provided by a hinged swing door with push/pull hardware. Either sliding or strip curtain access is also available. Clean air is delivered to the enclosure via our Clean-Ceil fan filter modules, which are integrated into a fully gasketed aluminum ceiling grid complete with integral cleanroom light fixtures. Venting of the enclosure is by means of an open air space around the bottom perimeter. An optional vinyl flap is also available to seal the opening when the room is not pressurized. Other optional venting methods include framed pre-filter openings or adjustable sliding vents. All units are factory assembled and pre-wired for easy site installation. Available in cleanliness classifications from ISO CLASS 4 to ISO CLASS 8. Consult ordering information chart for available sizes and other options.
